We, Industrial Diesel Engineers, are the sole authorized dealer for Greaves Cotton Limited in Chennai for after sales service and genuine spares of DG Sets. We have been representing our principal for almost 3 decades in Chennai and we are a full-fledged sole after sales & service dealer.

2. What is the range of DG Sets offered to its Customers? What is the general warranty period for a new DG Set?
We offer to our customers with DG Sets ranging from 15KVA - 1000 KVA and are offered with a guarantee period for 1 - 2 years depending upon the kind of Generators.

3. What after sales service do you offer to your customers? Do you have a Service team of your own?
We do have a Service team of our own comprising of about 20 qualified engineers, most of them being trained by Greaves Cotton (I) Ltd., who cater the service to our valuable clients. We have developed our own software system to speed up our service and we track & record the service history to cater our valuable customers. We also have ultra hi-tech rebuilding center with all support requirements.

4. From where I can get genuine spare parts needed for my Greaves Generators?
As we have stated above, we have a Sales Counter in our office & deliveries are also made within limited areas in Chennai against payment. At any point of time we would have stock of more than 6000 different items in plenty.

5. What type of Engine Oil should I use in my DG Sets to get better results?
Our Principal, Greaves Cotton (I) Ltd, recommends the use of "Greaves Max Therm 15W/40 Grade" oil & coolants for all its range of DG Sets as this is mandatory for effecting the warranty period. You can easily get these genuine oil & coolant from our Sales counter in packs of 5L, 10L, 20L, 50L & 210L Barrels.

6. Do you carry out Sound Proofing (Acoustic) jobs?
Yes, we do carry out the sound proofing jobs as we have the technology and an experienced work force as our backbone to take up and implement such projects as per the requirement of clients, in a cost effective manner.
